Rachel Twigg
Priest, Retreat Facilitator, Spiritual Director
Rachel Twigg has never had a job title that easily fit on a business card. She’s a pilgrim who loves to explore new places and new ideas.
She’s a priest, spiritual director, and retreat guide, as well as a teacher, preacher, and writer who is equally comfortable discussing spiritual disciplines, how to make the perfect cookie, or why she still dreams of a Buffy spinoff featuring Giles and Anya.
She thinks nuns and monks are some of the coolest folks around and she loves hanging out in monasteries.
When she is not working, she can often be found drinking coffee, walking her dog, or doing both at the same time.

Take Your Retreat Anywhere
God is present and stirring in your life wherever you are but sometimes it can be helpful to slow down and pay attention more intentionally. This can happen at a retreat center, a friend’s cabin, or even in your own home. You choose the time and place, we’ll connect online to help shape how you spend it.
Dear God: What a Year! What do I do now?
Tuesday Nights October 12-November 9, 2021 (online)
Join a group of companions on four Tuesday nights to reflect on our experiences of the recent past and hopes for the near future using the Awareness Examen as our guide. The Examen is a deceptively simple prayer that invites you to reflect on your life by identifying the highs and lows of a specific period of time (a day, an event, a pandemic, etc.). People who are new to the practice often say, “That’s it? That’s so easy!” and then express amazement at what is revealed through consistent practice. Meets online.
All Write: A Month of Structure and Support
March 2022
Find the support you need to honour your writing. Perhaps you have already started a particular writing project and want some dedicated time to focus on it. Perhaps you just want to write more often and want some structure and companionship to support that practice. Set aside this month to write more often (daily if you can). All writers (defined as anyone who writes or wants to write) welcome. You don’t need to consider yourself a Writer with a capital W.
